How to Order

The books featured in our bookshop can be purchased online with a credit or debit card and delivered direct to your door.

Payment

Click on the "Add to Cart" button and follow the on-screen instructions. You will be taken to Shopify's online shopping cart where you will be able to view the book(s) added to your cart, add or remove books, and alter the quantities of your order. You will then proceed to Shopify's online checkout where you will be asked for your delivery address and credit card details. After your order is complete you will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation e-mail from Shopify.

Taxes

Sales tax is not applied to purchases of books and related materials.

Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping - Free ground shipping by USPS Media Rate to all destinations in the Continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. All orders require a processing time of 1 to 2 business days before shipping. USPS estimates that it may take 4 to 12 days for your package to arrive, except for Alaska and Hawaii which may take longer. For book orders of three or more we ship by UPS Ground (2-5 business days).

International Shipping

All international shipments are handled by our fulfillment center Amazon.com, except to Canada. Amazon.com does not ship to Australia or Canada. We ship our books by USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate--$75 for Australia and $45 for Canada. Note Flat Rate features predetermined rates regardless of weight, which means more than one book can be shipped at the same rate just so the total weight does not exceed 20 pounds and the size of the box. For example, two books can be shipped to Canada for $45.00. Shipments to Australia and Canada generally arrive at their destination within 8 to 13 days.
